The sale of new units at La Quinta de Cerrado is currently paused.
The project continues to progress from a technical and development perspective. However, the administrative process for obtaining the required licences is taking longer than initially anticipated.
In order to act with complete transparency and avoid entering into new commercial commitments without a sufficiently clear timeline, we are not currently accepting new reservations.
